We really enjoyed the bagged breakfast and the superfriendly staff. The service was great too. The location of the hotel was central, close to the highway, restaurants.
We didn't like the bed, it was rock hard.

Everything was great, including stuff and location. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Location really close to restaurants, and a mall, highway and everything, clean, modern, good pool and hot tub. Early check-in too.

Staff and location were immaculate, and this hotel was silent and fairly clean. Excellent view, a pleasant balcony, cozy bed, too. Plenty of food available in restaurant. Heated pool area with a hot tub and parasols.
Well, the room was not cleaned.

the room was carpeted and i enjoyed the italian-style building. and it also had absolutely superb view. peaceful location walking distance to shops and convenience stores. apart from that, kamloops museum and archives was 10 minutes' drive away. the rooftop bar was lively.
